MRT Food Allergy & Sensitivity Testing

Welcome to Mediator-Release Food Reactivity Testing: It is not uncommon for our bodies to become reactive and overly sensitive to particular foods at times, depending on exposure, predisposition, and the quantity/quality that is consumed. Accurately identify current food allergies and sensitivities with Mediator-Release Testing (MRT) - a highly accurate and broad-spectrum blood analysis that determines your current reactivity to 170 different foods, chemicals, and additives. This snapshot into your body's current responses provides a clear roadmap towards your optimal dietary plan and protocol. 

This service includes the lab test fee ($335) and a 60 minute session to review your results and answer questions (available in-person or via phone) to those who are currently enrolled in or have completed one of my Nutritive or Group Programs.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Testing

Nutritional Interview + Initial HTMA Review: 90 minute session + HTMA lab fee ($55) = $235*

HTMA Retest & Follow Up Review: 60 minute session + HTMA lab fee ($55) = $175

Dive into the depths and details of your body's mineral status, detoxification abilities, and identify organs and functions most in need of support and attention. Your first session is the Initial Nutritional Interview Assessment: this is an in-depth 90 minute consultation where we get to know each other as we dive deeply into your primary health concerns, medical and nutritional histories, and current dietary patterns. Your personal needs, symptoms and goals for your health will be discussed and your HTMA results will be reviewed. A bio-individually appropriate Nutritive Protocol to promote optimal mineral balancing and function will be created for you based on your HTMA results and assessments. 

Your Initial Interview & HTMA Review includes:

• An in-depth interview and review of your health history, primary concerns, and dietary patterns.
• Review of your HTMA results and discussion of appropriate action steps and protocols.
• Learning and exploring Nutritional Therapy concepts and how they apply to you and your needs.
• Functional Evaluations and Physical Assessments as deemed necessary by your NTP.
• Formulation of your personalized Nutritive Protocol with mineral-specific needs addressed.
• Applicable resources and educational materials as needed.

*If you are currently enrolled in a Nutritive Program and are interested in doing an HTMA, you will be charged $55 to cover the lab fee - however your analysis and subsequent reviews will be included as part of your Nutritive Program for no additional charge.

Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) + Review

Length of review session: 30 minutes

Type of session: in-person/virtual/phone

Your health investment: $60

As part of your prior or current Nutritive Program, you have completed NAQs on a semi-frequent basis to help assess your progress and monitor areas needing support. If you find that you would like a quick NAQ review to tune up your protocol, this session is for you!

Your review features include:

• Review of updated Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and comparison with previous NAQs if applicable.
• Review and update your Nutritive Protocol per NAQ results.
• Resource & Educational Materials (as applicable) such as recipes, guidelines, relevant articles and blog posts, etc.
